Yoga in the Park: Winter Solstice
Honor the longest night of the year with a serene yoga practice in nature.
Celebrate the stillness and quiet beauty of the Winter Solstice with an evening of gentle yoga at Dunwoody Nature Center. As the year turns and the longest night unfolds, this special practice invites you to pause, reflect, and reset. Guided by instructor Jesse Hughes, you’ll move through a calming full-body flow designed to release tension, restore balance, and cultivate inner warmth.
Set against the peaceful backdrop of the forest, this intentional practice will help you connect deeply with yourself and the natural world as you welcome the winter season. The program will be held in our covered pavilion, creating a cozy space to honor the rhythms of nature while setting intentions for the months ahead.
Registration closes December 18th. If you are interested in attending after the deadline, please email autumn@dunwoodynature.org to check availability.
