Since its incorporation in 2008, our City has steadily improved our parks and greenspace through capital projects and support of its non-profit partners. The Dunwoody Nature Center, our members, and our broader community of program participants, park users, and neighbors, continue to benefit every day from this partnership and the City’s support. We appreciate the City’s efforts to date, and we applaud its work to plan even more proactively for the future of Dunwoody. Real change comes from real investment. The proposed bond referendum the community will vote on November 7th, if approved, will result in real investment in our parks and trails, allowing for broad scale capital and infrastructure improvements over a relatively short time. As you consider whether to support the bond referendum, we invite you to do so in the spirit of long-term. investment in our parks, trails, and greenspace, and the many benefits our greater community will reap from this type of commitment.
We’ll see you in the park!
