Sustainability Merit Badge Workshop
Scouts will make a positive impact on the Earth while learning how to live more sustainably through the Sustainability Merit Badge program. During this workshop, Scouts will undertake projects that help them understand key environmental topics such as:
- Water conservation
- Sustainable food practices
- Energy efficiency
- Eco-friendly transportation
- Waste reduction
- Species decline
- Global population challenges
This class will be led by certified Merit Badge counselors who will guide Scouts through these important topics.
Please note:
- Earning this Merit Badge requires a significant amount of work beyond the workshop.
- Scouts must attend a follow-up meeting to present their completed projects to the counselor.
