Paint Like Bob Ross

A step-by-step oil painting class inspired by The Joy of Painting®.

Create your own masterpiece in this fun and relaxing Bob Ross-style painting class at Dunwoody Nature Center. Certified Bob Ross Instructor Jeremy Rogers will guide you through painting a waterfall and stream scene on a special black canvas, using the same techniques and supplies made famous on The Joy of Painting®. Whether you’re an experienced artist or picking up a paintbrush for the first time, you’ll discover how approachable—and joyful—painting can be.

This light-hearted class is designed for adults and focused entirely on creativity, fun, and bringing a little “happy” to your canvas. All Bob Ross supplies are provided, so you can simply show up ready to paint and leave with a beautiful artwork you’ll be proud to display. To make the most of your experience, please bring a roll of paper towels, a small pack of baby wipes, and a cardboard box large enough to carry your wet 12”x16” canvas home.

Please note: This program requires a minimum number of sign-ups. If the minimum is not met, registered participants will be contacted, and refunds will be issued within 7-10 days.
