Free First Saturday: Creepy Crawlies

A fun, family-friendly program exploring the fascinating world of nature’s “spookiest” creatures.

This October, bring the whole family to Dunwoody Nature Center for Creepy Crawlies First Saturday! Together we’ll take a closer look at spiders, bats, and other creatures that often give us goosebumps but play a vital role in keeping our ecosystems healthy. Through engaging activities and naturalist-led exploration, kids and parents alike will learn surprising facts, uncover the truth behind common myths, and discover just how incredible these misunderstood animals really are. Perfect for curious kids and families who love a mix of fun and learning in nature.
