Winter Fun

Just because it’s cold doesn’t mean you have to stay inside! Winter is one the of the most special times to explore the Nature Center. One of our knowledgeable Program Leaders will lead your party through the park teaching you all about what animals do in the winter, looking and listening to for animal evidence, and playing fun games and activities!

Included with this party

  • Access to our building and screened in porch for 3 hours total (2 hours for event, 30 minutes for set up and break down respectively)
  • 1 hour educational program led by a Nature Center facilitator (45 min program for ages 3-4)
  • 1 hour of flex time which you may customize for your party
  • A fire in our historic fireplace and s’mores for the kids.

In order to confirm availability, please submit a Request Form at least two weeks in advance of your preferred date. We offer three time slots: 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 4:00 PM. Our birthday parties are available to current members only. You can add a membership to your cart when you checkout.

Children's Birthday Party Inquiry

Please submit this form if you are interested in scheduling your child’s educational birthday party at Dunwoody Nature Center. Please visit the Facility Rentals page of our website to schedule any other private events and parties (including adult birthday parties).
