Winter Solstice Sound Bath
As the longest night of the year approaches, join us for a deeply restorative Winter Solstice Sound Bath surrounded by the quiet beauty of nature. This immersive experience invites you to pause, reflect, and realign as we transition into winter’s stillness. Let the soothing tones of crystal and bronze singing bowls, chimes, gong, and other healing instruments wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep, meditative relaxation and inner peace. Nestled within the serene setting of the North Woods Pavilion, this sound journey offers a sacred space to release the old and welcome the new.
