Nature Explorers: Stream Team

Splash into science and adventure with a hands-on exploration of Wildcat Creek!

Date: Sunday, June 29th
Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Cost: $8

Calling all curious kids and their grown-ups! Join us for Nature Explorers: Stream Team, part of our interactive Nature Explorers series designed to spark wonder through nature, creativity, and discovery.

In this exciting session, young explorers will wade into the world of stream ecology as we investigate Wildcat Creek up close. Through fun, age-appropriate activities, kids will learn about aquatic critters, test water quality, and uncover the vital role streams play in our ecosystem. Each participant will collect a stamp in their very own Nature Explorers passport, building memories (and badges!) throughout the series. Kids can expect to get hands-on with creek critter catching, learn how to test water quality like a scientist, and participate in guided nature activities that encourage observation, curiosity, and outdoor play.

Please wear water-friendly shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting wet!

This program requires a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted and fully refunded within 7–10 days.
