Join us for Underground Insect World at Dunwoody Nature Center, a hands-on learning adventure led by Master Naturalist and Nature Center Ambassador Greg! Perfect for curious kids and their families, this free program explores the hidden world beneath our feet—where ants tunnel, beetles burrow, and countless other tiny creatures live, work, and thrive.
Children ages 3–11 will love digging into nature (literally!) while learning how these insects help build healthy soil and keep ecosystems in balance. With Greg’s fun and engaging storytelling, kids will walk away inspired to look a little closer at the ground below.
