Kicking Off Summer Camp 2020!

We had a great first week of camp!
There are still a few spots available in July for upcoming camp programs.

In The News

Watch Camp Director Holly Loscavio talk to the Good Day Atlanta news crew about our new safety procedures.

Saturday Volunteers Returns!

On Saturday, June 13th at 9:00AM, the Dunwoody Nature Center will host a Saturday morning service day for anyone in the community that wishes to volunteer.

This is a great opportunity to get out of the house, spend time outdoors, and help us catch up on projects that have been delayed since spring.

To ensure compliance with current social distancing rules, sign-up is mandatory. If group sizes exceed 25, we will open up more time slots to accommodate the demand.

Introducing Member Hikes

Have you ever hiked all the trails at the Nature Center? Have you ever wondered what makes our grounds so unique? Want insight on all the native animals, plants and trees?

Starting in June, members will be invited to take free, staff or volunteer led “Introduction to the Nature Center” exploratory hikes.

The first member hike will be Sunday, June 7th at 11 AM and will be led by Executive Director, Michael Cowan.

Take advantage of this guided tour and see all that the Nature Center has to offer and learn about things to come as well.

Again to comply with social distancing rules, sign-up is mandatory. Spots will be limited per session. Check our website and social media pages for future dates and times.

The forest Bathing Series - 1 Spot Left!

We had such good response to our Forest Bathing events that we are going to expand programming! Check our website and social media for date announcements.

There is only 1 spot left for our Sunday, June 7th session!

When: Sunday, June 7th | 9:00AM-12:00PM
