Creating A Sanctuary for Birds with Native Plants | OWLS Adult Programming, Morning Session

In this class we will explore how providing native plants and controlling exotic species can create critical habitat and safe-havens for birds and other wildlife. Come learn how native plants provide vital resources for birds, from providing food and shelter sources to sustaining the insect populations birds rely on to feed themselves and their young.

When the Light Turns Green | OWLS Adult Programming, Afternoon Session

In this class, participants will reflect on how to use this season of our lives, in the midst of a global health crisis, to choose well day by day. It’s about eating real food and learning to live through the real challenges life brings that threaten our health, our joy, and our call to serve. As a participant you will learn how to create a path that will lead you to renewed energy, immunity, health, joy and generosity.

Soulstice Yoga

Practice yoga in the peaceful and temperature-controlled space of the North Woods Pavilion. The floor-to-ceiling windows create the illusion of floating in the tree tops and open outwards for the fresh air and calming breeze to drift through the room.
