Yoga Stretch | OWLS Adult Programming, Afternoon Session

It’s time to grab a chair, go outside and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that for thousands of years have hooked yoga practitioners around the globe. Yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Meditation and stretching will be incorporated into a chair yoga class, all while you are outside enjoying nature.

About OWLS Adult Programming:
OWLS is a NEW adult programming series that will focus on nature, health, and wellness. To ensure a socially safe environment, classes will be held outdoors on the grounds of the Nature Center.
The inaugural series will take place on Sept 18, Sept, 25, Oct 2, and Oct 16.
- The Morning Session: Mother Nature and Me will have classes from 10:00am-12:00pm
- The Afternoon Session: Healthy Mind: Healthy Body will have classes from 1:00pm-3:00pm
