Fall Equinox Yoga – In the Park!

Join us for a peaceful full body flow at sunset at the Dunwoody Nature Center! This is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with nature and enjoy the beginning signs of the changing seasons. The fall equinox is symbolic of letting go of the past and looking forward to the future. Yoga instructor Jesse Hughes will lead you through an hour long mind and body experience sure to leave you feeling flexible, energized, and relaxed. Please bring your own mat.
Registration required as spaces are limited.
$12 for non-members/$10 for members with code YOGA2023.
This class will take place outside in the park, in the event of bad weather the class will take place in the screened-in porch.
