Tai Chi in the Woods – June Series

Join us for Tai Chi in the Woods with Master Florin Szondi!
Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. It is sometimes described as meditation in motion; it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body. Taught with relatively slow movements, Tai Chi provides a safe, gradual way of improving flexibility and range of motion in a way that may soothe ailments such as arthritis and anxiety.
There are two classes per week:
– Fridays 6/3, 6/10, 6/17, and 6/24 10am-11:30am
– Sundays 6/5, 6/12, 6/19, and 6/26 11:30am-1pm
Cost: $100/eight classes for members with code wildlife21 | $120/eight classes for non-members.
