Tai Chi in the Woods – January Series

Join us for Tai Chi in the Woods with Master Florin Szondy!
Start the year off right with a series of Tai Chi classes at the Dunwoody Nature Center! Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai Chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. Taught with relatively slow movements, Tai Chi provides a safe, gradual way of improving flexibility and range of motion that can soothe ailments such as arthritis and anxiety.
This is a six class series taking place on Wednesdays and Fridays in January from 10-11:30am – 1/12, 1/14, 1/19, 1/21, 1/26, and 1/28.
