Join us for Tai Chi in the Woods with Master Florin Szondi!
Tai Chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. It is sometimes described as meditation in motion; it promotes serenity through gentle movements, connecting the mind and body. Taught with relatively slow movements, Tai Chi provides a safe, gradual way of improving flexibility and range of motion. This eight class series will offer classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and you are welcome to attend all eight classes!
There are two classes per week:
Mondays: 3/6, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27 from 10am to 11am
Wednesdays: 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29 from 10am to 11am
Attend as many classes as you want!
Cost: $100/eight classes for members with code TAICHI20 | $120/eight classes for non-members.

Classes will take place in the lower meadow near the fireplace at the Dunwoody Nature Center. In the event of rain or bad weather, the classes will take place on the screened-in porch or inside the main room. The Program Manager will send you an email with more details prior to the March series starting. If we do not get at least 5 sign-ups the series will be cancelled and you will receive a refund. You will be notified via email if the series is cancelled. Since it is a series of classes and you are welcome to attend as many of the classes as you would like, we do not offer refunds for missed classes.
