Sustainability Merit Badge Workshop

For scouts 13 and up only!
Scouts will do a good turn for the Earth as they learn what they can do to live more sustainably. The Scout undertakes projects to understand the big picture regarding topics such as food, water, energy, and transportation, as well as waste reduction, species decline, and world population. This class will be taught by certified Merit Badge counselors.
Prerequisite requirements must be completed BEFORE the date of the workshop. You can find prerequisite assignments here.
*There is a significant amount of at-home work required after the completion of this workshop. Scouts will be required to return to the Nature Center for a follow up meeting to discuss their research and have their blue cards signed.*
