Plein Air Art Class

Sharon Weiss, award-winning artist and longtime Spruill Arts instructor, will be leading a plein air sketching session at the Dunwoody Nature Center on Sunday, October 30 from 1-4PM. Bring a chair, pad of paper no larger than 9″ x 12″ and your choice of graphite pencil, watercolor pencil, ink pen, or a travel sized watercolor set. Learn about composition, light, color and pattern as you have fun exploring a natural setting.
This class is for ages 14 and up.
$50 for non-members/$40 for members with code forlife.
This class will begin in the Northwoods Pavilion and continue in various areas of the park. In case of inclement weather, this class will take place in the Pavilion. Sharon will provide DNC reference photos if the class takes place indoors.
