Health for Life: Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting or standing using a chair for support. It is a great way for people of all ability levels to experience the benefits of yoga! This class is a great way to loosen and stretch tight muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. Chair yoga has also been shown to improve breathing habits, allow for a better night’s sleep, and an overall sense of well-being. Bring your own water bottle, and mask, and dress comfortably for easy movements! Led by Kaiser Permanente instructor Gin Miller.
