Gratitude Yoga with Kim Hobbs

Join yoga instructor Kim Hobbs as she leads you through a full body yoga flow designed to help connect, mind, body, soul, and nature. This practice will focus on mindful gratitude, which helps to connect you to the moment, accept the benefits of yoga more fully, and leave you feeling happier.
Kim will lead an hour long yoga class, followed by social time around the fireplace with tea and hot cocoa. We encourage everyone to bring a friend or family member to join us for this experience.
Registration and fee required to reserve your space. $12 for nonmembers / $10 for members with code DNCMemberYoga.
Please bring your own mat and dress for the weather. In case of inclement weather, class will be on the screened porch.
