No two classes are alike, learn about what is fresh in the forest now!
Join Katie Hendrickson to learn the identification and benefits of common plants found in the spring garden. You will be creating and tasting multiple delicious fresh garden teas using wildflowers, herbs, spices, and local Dunwoody honey from the DNC hives. This entertaining workshop will include how to use edible flowers, drying herbs, and serving tea in the tradition of a friendship tea party.

connects all ages to Nature through plants, flowers, herbs and honey. With 30+ years experience as a Master Gardener, Beekeeper, Herbalist, and Heritage Cooking Instructor;
Katie
has been leading workshops, classes, and trainings to preserve the magic of native plants and heirloom gardening practices.
This class will take place in the Northwoods Pavilion
