Get ready to enjoy your presence in nature as never before. This class is an introduction to Forest Bathing including its origins, health benefits, and the many reasons it is good for us. Forest Bathing is often used as an eco-antidote to today’s tech-boom burnout by getting back to nature. Participants will take a mini-walk and reconnect with the forest.
Speaker: Robin Hancock, Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Renewal By Nature
