Backyard Scientists Child Nature Classes | Grades K – 2nd

Exploring Nature In Your Own Backyard!
On Wednesdays, K-5th graders can take a break from virtual learning and come to the nature center for outdoor nature and science activities. All classes are based on the Georgia Standards of Excellence in Science for K-5th graders. Each session consists of four classes.
September Session Dates: September 9,16,23,30
- K-2nd grade classes are from 10:00am-12:00pm
- 3rd-5th grade classes are from 1:00pm-3:00pm
Students will need to come prepared for outdoor activities. Please dress for the weather and bring a refillable water bottle. Please bring a mask for any limited indoor activities. An email letter with detailed information will be sent soon after registration.
Pricing: $70 per session member, $80 per session non-member
