Exploring Nature In Your Own Backyard!
On Wednesdays, homeschoolers in K-5th grade can enjoy outdoor nature and science activities during Backyard Scientists. Activities will correspond to each grade level standard. Most activities take place outdoors, so please dress for the weather.
November Session
- Dates: November 3, 10, and 17, 2021
- Times: K-5th grade classes are from 9:30am – 3:30pm
- Theme: Trees! Fall is a fun time for tree identification and leaf collecting. Trees are an important habitat in our forest too!
Students will need to come prepared for outdoor activities. Please dress for the weather and bring a refillable water bottle and a lunch. Please bring a mask for any limited indoor activities. An email letter with detailed information will be sent soon after registration.
Pricing: $165 for members; $186 for non-members
