Backyard Scientists Child Nature Classes

Exploring Nature In Your Own Backyard!
On Wednesdays, K-5th graders can take a break from virtual learning and come to the nature center for outdoor nature and science activities. All classes are based on the Georgia Standards of Excellence in Science for K-5th graders. Each session consists of four classes.
October Session
- Dates: October 7, 14, 21, 28
- Times: K-5th grade classes are from 9:30am – 1:00pm
Students will need to come prepared for outdoor activities. Please dress for the weather and bring a refillable water bottle and a lunch. Please bring a mask for any limited indoor activities. An email letter with detailed information will be sent soon after registration.
Pricing: $140 per session member, $160 per session non-member
