Countdown To Butterfly Experience 2023!

Get an up-close look at one of nature’s most beautiful and delicate species – the butterfly! Butterfly tents will be set up on the grounds of the Dunwoody Nature Center providing guests with the opportunity to observe these lovely Lepidoptera uninterrupted. 

It’s more than just butterflies! Guests of the Butterfly Experience can also enjoy crafts, animal shows & interactions, educator-led programs and activities, musical and magical performances, and activities that are fun for the whole family. Guests who want even more fun can purchase face painting or tie dye. Explore the Pollinator Pathway to learn about other important members of our ecosystem and meet with partner organizations from all of the Atlanta area.
