Backyard Scientists (Homeschool Nature Class)

Get your kids outside and into nature! On Thursdays, homeschoolers in K-5th grade can enjoy outdoor nature and science activities during Backyard Scientists. During Backyard Scientists, children are encouraged to explore their environment and develop their own relationship with nature, within a safe and structured setting. Led by knowledgeable naturalists, your kids will learn plant identification, geology, ecology, and more! Each month has a different theme!

•  Dates: Thursdays during the traditional school year
•  Times: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Pricing : $70 per day for non-members, $60 per week for members with code SCIENCE23 
• Students need to come prepared for outdoor activities. Please dress for the weather and bring a refillable water bottle and lunch.
