Guided by instructor Jesse Hughes, you’ll move through a calming full-body flow designed to release tension, restore balance, and cultivate inner warmth.\nSet against the peaceful backdrop of the forest, this intentional practice will help you connect deeply with yourself and the natural world as you welcome the winter season. The program will be held in our covered pavilion, creating a cozy space to honor the rhythms of nature while setting intentions for the months ahead.\nRegistration closes December 18th.
