By sending in your registration, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1) I understand that neither the Dunwoody Nature Center, Inc. nor DeKalb County provide insurance to cover any injury sustained while participating in an activity organized by DNC in Dunwoody Park. and

2) I grant DNC the right to take and utilize photographs of me and/or my child or group participating in an activity for the purpose of promotion and advertising.

Money Matters	Fees must be prepaid: $30 per class up to 25 students; $30 per homeschool group between 12 and 25 students; $10 per individual homeschool student. After February 28th, registration is $50 per class and $15 per homeschool student. We will not accept registration after March 14th. In case of inclement weather, the festival will occur on Wednesday, April 15, 2008 from 10 am to 1 pm. We will contact you if the festival is postponed from April 14th to April 15th. If the program must be canceled due to weather, we will notify you and refund your money fully. Individual cancellations and refunds may be made, but a 15% administration fee will be withheld from the total fee. Teachers/parents are required to attend the festival with their students for safety. Aides, chaperones and parents are also welcome to help you keep your class together. All groups, whether school or homeschool, must follow their assigned schedules. There is no extra fee for adults. Bus & Carpool Parking: Dunwoody Park Ballfields (separate entrance from Dunwoody Nature Center, with trail access to main building).
