I-Spy Packs

Do-It-Yourself Discovery Field Trips in a Backpack

$10/day

Sign up to rent one of our I-Spy Packs and lead your own exploration through our park, any day of the week! This program is funded by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Watchable Wildlife program and developed especially for schools, scouts, and families who would like to have a field trip at DNC outside our regularly scheduled programming.

DiscoverySelf-guided activities, games, learning tools and more will engage Pre-K through High School students in outdoor learning. Homeschool families, who seek activities for a wide age-range will appreciate the variety of resources in each pack.

Classroom teachers may use a pack for a follow-up field trip at a lower cost than the programs taught by DNC educators. Youth groups, daycare centers and scout troops can combine a pack with a picnic for a great outing.

We’ll provide advance information if you reserve a pack, so you’ll know what materials you’ll find. Check out the pack contents for several of our most popular packs (scroll below)!

Rentals are only $10, with a valid credit card required as a security deposit for the valuable resources included in each pack.
